01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing ToolNova.org (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. These terms govern all technical utilities, neural labs, and digital assets provided by ToolNova.
02. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original source code (Next.js components), UI design, brand assets, and proprietary "Nova Engine" algorithms, are the exclusive property of ToolNova. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tools for personal or professional purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or mirror the Service without explicit written consent.
03. Prohibited Activities
Users agree to utilize ToolNova utilities only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing illicit or illegal materials.
- Automated scraping of our utility endpoints.
- Attempting to bypass client-side security nodes.
- Redistributing ToolNova assets as a paid service.
04. Liability Disclaimer
TOOLNOVA PROVIDES ITS UTILITIES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF FILE CONVERSIONS OR NEURAL OUTPUTS.
Under no circumstances shall ToolNova be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of browser-native tools, even if processing occurs locally on the user's device.
05. Third-Party Advertisements
Our Service displays ads served by Google AdSense. These third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your web activity. ToolNova does not endorse the products or services advertised and holds no responsibility for the content of external websites linked via these advertisements.
